If he could get down to 250-260. How would he fare against Deontay Wilder? How would you see the fight going? Do you think lewis could keep the wild swinging wilder away with the punishing jab all night long? I do.

You say tomato,
‘n I say …… it correctly.
Lewis is nearly 50 and seemed to pile on the timber after his retirement at least for a while, I do not think it would be a pretty sight if he was insane enough to comeback.
"Boxing is like jazz. The better it is, the less people appreciate it."
George Foreman
If he got into decent shape, apart from Wlad, I'm pretty sure he beats all the rest. Even Wlad is close to a 50-50.
He'd be top 5 I have no doubt about that.
And I wouldn't bet against him even if he went in with Wlad
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
Bigger man George, bigger punch!

I think Lennox would have trouble getting below 260...I believe we'd be looking at 260-270...a lot slower footwork, but still an incredibly powerful right cross. I think he could do ok vs opponents with stamina trouble, weaker chins.
It would look pretty similar to Foreman now bar the chin.
Lennox's defence was his opponents being intimidated and hesitating for fear of being caught.
Someone plodding and static like a Stiverne he would actually have a chance against which is perverse seeing as Stiverne holds the WBC. I was thinking how ridiculous it sounded but there would be men he can beat. Anyone who can move and throws lots of shots he'd have big trouble with just like Foreman did.
I'm loving the fact that there are actually people here who believe that a 50 year old HW who hasn't fought in over 10 years could just decide to come back tomorrow and beat a belt holder.
I think some people need to look up what happens to the human body between late 30s and late 40s...![]()
I'd love to see him come back and do really well as it would go a long way towards proving that "big" and "dumb" go together and that, in this era, boxing is more marketing and bodybuilding than knowing how to fight. But it wouldn't happen because Lewis while equally big and decidedly less dumb than the average is 50 and hasn't fought in a long time. And he relied on being big and strong way more than on ring savvy.
Lennox would get knocked out he is too old to try and make a comeback. He made his millions, kept it, has a family and living contently.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
He'd have to comeback, get ko'd and then age another year for Wilder to agree to fight him![]()
If , buts , maybe , if he is then lets discuss , he isn't so who cares.
