I am grateful for your country bro for coming to our aid and helping us recover.
I'm glad you made it out safely from that disaster. It was so horrilble I can't express it in words. And as horrible as that was how our inutile na governo handled the aftermath, dapat sila talsikin. Hope my tagalog made sense, kaibigan. Well good to see you around again.

I'm pretty sure your area wasn't affected, but how is the cleanup going and people getting back into housing etc... Did you have any family etc in the affected area's?
Yo Diz, how you been? If you're still practicing your meditation and have any problem with it, just give me note and I might be able to help you out. Good to see you around too.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
