    sorry, i'm not going to do all the work for you, seeing you want boxing tips for fat boxers in another thread :

    hit google, i'm here to offer advice on training routines you have made yourself or tips on training but not to sit here and make a routine for you.... people pay money for that kinda service

    everything helps, 3 sets 15-24 reps. But yea dog, you need to hit up google or something. Getcho ass into a gym bra :P

    id say in the 16 rep range of each exersize

    But probably just the core exersizes

    ie

    Squats
    Bench Press
    Deadlift (?) not sure on that one

    Then bicep curls probably useful too
    Thats cricket

    lower back excercises never hurt...
