Been saying for years that Frampton will be p4p top 10.
He is too aggressive for him, Rigo is always allowed to relax during him fights and Carl wont let him.

Frampton needs a career big win, beating Avalos and Martinez twice doesn't mean your going to beat Rigo. Frampton is quality but he still isn't proven enough to me that he can dispatch Rigo. Beating a Quigg or a Santa Cruz would be a very good win though and would set him up nicely for a Rigo showdown
