    Default Android TV Box

    Anyone using an Android TV box? Was thinking of getting one but thought I'd ask the Saddo brothers and sisters.

    Basically a mini PC, pre loaded with channels and apps but you can add literally anything to them.
    When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

    Apparently there is one preloaded with Sky or Virgin software that you can wipe and use as you like. Can't remember it's name. I am glad you mentioned it because I was going to get one of them Chromecast things for £30 . I have an android phone and I have a PS3 which I share with my stepson and think I can pair them to do the same thing, Basically I would just like to be able to watch some old documentaries etc that are up on Youtube in my telly in the front room or bedroom. Watching hour long stuff on a PC monitor isn't very comfortable or social. I don't really watch TV but there is a huge amount of stuff online worth checking out every now and then.

    I think most new tellies have online capability built in. Nothing wrong with my Old TV yet though and can't afford to upgrade.

    I had to throw my old big CRT TV after 12 years of no problems with it. It never broke down but was not digital and HD.

    @Memphis get a Skybox F5 mate

    Theres a thread over on another board where i discussed it with @Master

    Ive got a shithot reliable and trustworthy CC server line supplier so as long as you have good wifi speed you can get the full sky tv package - All Movie channels plus PPV events totally free, Boxnation and BT sports, Espn etc for £30 per 3 months and the box is only approx £70

    HUGE savings of around £1000 per year

    I think the thread was about WizWag sports streaming or something called similar to that.

    It seems too good to be true especially with the sky prices rising.

    It's illegal but I've been happily benefiting and saving a fortune for a while now.
