Ok i posted a week ago that i had to train myself so i just wanted to know of any changes i should make to my workouts.

Monday, Tuesday & Wed.

1st. Run 3 miles

5 Min. Break

2nd Jumprope 3 Rounds 3 Min. each. 30 Sec. Break in between

No Break

Speed bag 5 Rounds 3 Min. each 30 Sec. Break in Between

No Break

Heavy Bag 3 Rounds 3 Min. each 30 sec. break in between

DONE

Thursday & Friday

1st. Run 3 miles

5 Min. Break

2nd. Curls 3 sets 40 each

2 Min. Break

3rd. Bench 3 sets 25 each

2 min. Break

4th. Deadlifts 3 sets (no certain number i just lift as many times as i can each set)

2 Min. Break

5th. Shoulder workout (No clue what there called) 3 Sets 20 each

2 Min. Break

6th. Back Workout (No Clue) 1 Set 100 times



DONE

Anything wrong with it? Or am i good to go?
