Scribble on gloves?

can someone tell me why there is a scribble (looks like initials or somethin) on the wrist part of the glove in a pro fight?

its signed by an official to verfiy that the gloves and wraps have been examined and are OK (same weight and make as other pair, no damage... nails in the glove etc... )
