when people talk about weight divisions in general, by which organistaion do they go by? iv noticed that the IBF, WBO etc have different weight boundaries and names for divisions. which is the most commonly used?

i would think IBF. when i did tae kwon do, because of teaching differences, i converted from WTF style (world taekwondo federation) to ITF style (international taekwondo fed.), ITF being the more common of the two. i don't know if it's that way for boxing though
