Depends, my first bag i filled with clothes. its still one of my favorites bags. depends on how much weight and how stiff/hard you want the bag to be.

Actually, it's not a bad idea considering the bag would call you a white supremacist between punches, providing that extra motivation to continue and even intensify the workout.
