Happened to find this on netflix earlier. A half hour documentary about Michael Bent. Well worth a watch

I watched it a few weeks ago. It was pretty good. It wasn’t great but entertaining enough

Hard to believe Bentt was coming off a broke right hand when he ko'd Morrison basically with one shot. I remember Foreman shatting all over him about only being an amatuer and Tommy beating himself etc. That was an amazing upset. Caught the doc last night, Bentt almost comes of resentful of being a fighter in a way.

I watched the whole series - some of the best TV I've seen in years.

The Bentt episode is some of the most raw, real, tv you'll see. It was excellent. The rest of the series is well worth watching, but Bentt was excellent.

Yeah really interesting how he has so much talent but was the opposite of a 'fighting man'. Loved it.

Yep a bit bitter maybe with so much build up put on him then to lose pro debut also. I forgot all about the pre fight sidewalk scuffle he and Herbie Hide got into!
