    Default Hopkins vs. Hopkins

Diemetrius Hopkins vs. Bernard Hopkins at the age Diemetrius is at now ?

    who wins ??

I think probably diemetrius because at this young age bernard was not as mature mentally at would probably tire himself out.

But i dont diemetrius will go ontothe same sucsess as his uncle

Truth be told Hopkins at middleweight(Bernard that is) foughta much faster, stronger, more skilled man in Taylor than Demetrius is, and IMO he won both fights against Taylor by a small margin each. Against Demetrius he'll have the size, strength, and skill advantage... When he turns it up in the 8th round against Demetrius if it lasts that long I think it takes only 2 rounds after that point for him to get his nephew out of there.

If you rolled back time & put them on equal ground...technically Hopkins would be fresh outta the joint at around 1988 or 1989...so you'd have to do it by fights instead of years.

Put them back on their 22nd or 23rd equal fight time frame...Hopkins would have destroyed him.

Bernard was more ruthless back then IWO.

Hopkins was a devastating puncher along with being a fairly skilled & slick counter puncher. I think that the fact that he did go for the knockout back then & the fact that Demetrius is not as skilled right now as Hopkins was back then...it'd be KO city for D-Hop.

Bernard by knockout in the 3rd or 4th round.

    Good question.
