Needless to say all of this stuff is horrific. It would be fantastic if all of these fuckers get blown to bits and all the hostages saved.

But it isn't happening in a vacuum. Every week in the West Bank Palestinians are burnt alive in their own homes, dragged out of them and shot and so on by settlers. The Israeli authorities let them get on with it. Israel has thrown the Palestinians off their land and they now reside in 22% of historic Palestine and Israel have spent the last half century occupying the 22% and building all over it to the point that the Palestinians now control about 16% of the 22%. Oh and back in 1948 Israel murdered 750k+ Palestinians, anybody of any note, doctors, lawyers, teachers community leaders etc when they ethnically cleansed them into the 22%. And this is ongoing daily and never gets coverage in the west and the west supports the murderous repressive occupiers. And people in the west wonder to themselves why are these Palestinian people so violent and angry.
