Default Impossible To Drop The Weight

Yup its another one concerning weight.

Right, thing is, im finding it impossible to lose any weight at all. Im 5'8 n 157 (11.2 Stone, 71 KG ) and i've been monitoring my weight since Xmas, when i weighed 164 (11.7 Stone, 74 KG )

As far as my cardio goes everyday from monday to saturday i do:
7 mins sprint (treadmill) 10 mins skipping
5 Mins sprint 10 mins skipping
    1 Hr jog
10 3 mins rounds on the bag

And i've changed the way i eat quite alot, as i only eat when hungry and when i do its fruit, i've cut out all drinks other then juice and water. Im looking to get down into the low 50's/high 40's

So if anyone has any decent eating routines or anything of the sort it would be most appreciated.

what's your age and body fat % if you dont mind telling? your workout looks fine just remember the rule for losing weight is put less calories into your body than you burn off in the day, and depending on your genetics and metabolism you may naturally be able to burn off more calories than others, so no one workout/diet works for everyone. in terms of diet, don't eat just fruit, that is only carbs. you need some carbs, not simple carbs (sugar), but complex carbs (wheat, grain) for long-term energy and some fibrous carbs such as fruits and vegetables, but you should be eating lots of lean protein such as chicken, turkey, lean beef, etc. don't worry as much about how many pounds you way, worry more about how healthy you feel. keep working hard and you will see results.

Weight dosn't mean an awful lot. your probably gaining muscle (its hard when mickey mouse kellogs special K trainers go on and on about loosing 'weight' but remember muscle has a weight too... )

few people walk around at 5 foot 8" at 150 or 147... boxers may weigh that much on the day of the weigh in but thats after intense training and drying up specifically for the weigh in, come fight night they can weigh around a stone more than that and outside of a bout even more.

like i said before your metabolism shut down after going four hours without eating. constantly eat fruits all the time. Eat more tuna, sardines, and fish for lunch. Make diner subway with no soda. Drink green tea.

Maybe the problem wiht your cardio is your gym is air conditioned and you dont sweat. If this is the case go buy a solar suit from academy there only 5 bucks and may tear kinda easily but they work great. Before you put on your solar suit rub albolene all over your body. You can find it at walgreens in the make up remover section (as it is a make up remover) this will also help you sweat.

Most of the extra 'weight' you loose that way you'll put back on by drinking a glass of water. good for drying up to make a weight for a pro bout, not so good for burning fat to make a healthy weight.

Fat = Calories, so use them. forget the scales unless your trying to make a weight for a fight... look in the mirror, get your body fat taken...

you can by those little electronic things from chemists but they're not very good to be honest, they're very subjective to what you've eaten/got in your stomach and blood stream etc... using those pinchers things you only measure the fat actually stored on your body...

Generally if you can see your abs its between 10-12 (atleast) but some people can have really love body fat and still not see there abs...

Just whatever you do be very careful about loosing weight, and make SURE you do it the right way.

I am 5;9 and walked around at 160, Got down to 151 for the Golden Gloves here. Felt Descent but once i got into the ring everything went wrong.

Everypunch on the gloves felt like a punch clean to the head. Your legs and arms will not move and you cannot take shots.

So if you are trying to fight at 152 then make sure you are walking around at 154 naturally because if you strip weight then you could be in serious trouble.

Cut out the Juice, drink more water. Dont eat after 7 pm your Metabolism drops, you dont need it, just train in shorts and vest at a temp of 54% f the body works best at that Temp. That way you will burn more Cals, The body will not work at its best when Dehydrated end of.The body when cold, burns more Cals than when it is hot.In winter we eat more Cals than Summer and rap up more for this reason, Thats Nature

Im 6'1 and i ended up going from 95 kilos to 87 kilos....but i try to lose more then that and it nearly impossible. I dont see any results, could that mean that maybe im meant to be this weight?

whats gonna help you is this ..

dont mix your fruit w/ your meats & bread etc ...leave fruit to its own cause the sugars make you body pack the rest of your meall\ as fat ...fruits great but thats a little trick i learned ...(i have to drop from 215 to 199 ...i used to drop to 17 ///also eat lettuce more than fruit ...and eat AS SOON AS U WAKE! ...and as long as your burning more calories than u take in youll drop that sh*t
