at work--i got this feeling that every1 in a certian department r making fun of me--when i go 2 the second floor there r abunch of jackasses that wrk in this certian department---i pass by it on my way back down to the 1st floor--smart assly one says hey how r u very loud(with a friendly sarcastic tone) so ill wave hi back and the whole department will always b laughing (bout 5 or 6 guys). so obviously there making fun of me--and i dont wanna get fired --cuz i really wanna just ko them out(thats the way 2 get respect in this world ko the bully) however i dont wanna get fired--every1's not respecting me how can i get them w/o beating the s*** outta them.

im kinda quiet, a nice guy--but i dont like 2 b ridiculed--i wish i had that mental stregth like ali.. how can i get turn it around and get them 2 shut the f*** up. without beating them into a bloody pulp

Actually I've got the same problem at work myself. I'm only 19, and alot of my co-workers are a lot older than me. The 2nd youngest is 23, and the 3rd youngest guy there is 27. I'm also shy and 'nice' , and while some of them like me and respect me, others have got it in there head that they can criticize me and talk shit to me and get away with it. I'm rather skinny, so they wouldn't be afraid of fighting me if I said something to defend myself.

HOWEVER, they don't know that I box when I'm at home, so, in case they actually did want to fight, I might surprise them by some heavier-than-expected punches.

Dude's,I'm a nice friendly type of guy too,but you cannot be letting people ridicule for no reason! You're big grown men,stick up for yourselves but don't do it at work,just in case you get fired!
