I want to put my vote in for Olive McCall connecting a big right on Lennox Lewis cocky ass. It may not be the best but I took pleasure in seeing Lewis get knocked out for the first time.

Haven't seen a more perfect one. Second best left hook I'm seen was Kendall Holts shot against someone on FNF it was the fight before he was knocked out in the first round

Cheating a bit there as it wasn't really a KO punch as such... still, it was an awesome hook/uppercut by Ike. Credit to Byrd for getting back to his feet too! Even if he was drooling like a baby, haha.

I would not call it one punch knockout, but the most effective knockdown punch today would have to be of Pac's Left straight.
