Oh for a six pack I can help you out. Do crunches, leg raises, frog kicks, sit ups. For upper body go with push-ups,pull-ups,chin-ups, and dips

    Good Luck

Ok but how often should I do this because I heard that if you do it every day it could actually damage your muscles and not increase the size?

Then do it every other day, although I hear alot of people train the abs every day, btw to have a your abs visible you need low body fat, so you should also do cardio work like jogging.

You can probably do the pushups every other day.

there is no quick fix for gaining muscle....sorry.

doing 1000 sit ups wont give you a six pack, being able to do 100 push ups/chins wont give you big muscles. All it will do is create muscular endurance... sure you will see some size from it but nothing special.

gaining muscle takes time and its prefered that all weight change (as muscle weighs more than fat) is slow as the heart has to adapt to this weight increase. You wouldnt ask a 1 litre engine to suddenly move a bus now would you?

    for muscle you need:
spot on nutrition - we all have a six pack, its just covered with a layer of fat
good training ethic - endless pushups/chins/crunches wont cut it
adequate sleep - you grow when you rest, not when you train

This is the best way but you are wasting your time if your diet isnt good.
try do it at least 4 times a week and also go running which is good for burning fat and toning your abs

Your body fat has to be below 8% for you 6 pack to show. So if you are not eating right you need to start. In order to gain the muscles you want you have to eat right.

Start weight lifting. I used to be really small, but since I hit the weights I have gotten a whole lot bigger.
