spinks is probably the best at 154 who is available.

floyd wants the belt in the 5th weight class (like hes been saying for years)
let floyd try for his 5th, then see if margarito wants to challenge him there.

everything kinda fell in floyds lap, and as far as that article saying margarito is the longest reigning ww champ, theres a good reason for that.

he fights the mandatories that are put in front of him that bring NOTHING to the table. what kind of outrage would there be if floyd fought all the crap a** mandatories that these sanctioning bodies put in front of him?

oh wait........he did that with bruseles (and people still talk crap about that fight)

lets see tony fight a credible fighter (collazo, judah, or even mitchell) before he steps in the ring with the best

OOOPS,I just posted this again!!! Sory bro and CC for the read. Margarito has been slaving away, fighting good fighters,ex champs,prospects/future champs etc etc and is the most dangeorus fighter at 147 period.
    Cintron
    6 heads
    Gomez
Martinez(who has only lost to Tony)
Kyvelos etc etc,all decent to good fighters.
Tony hasn't lost@WW since he was 18 and would beat anyone else in the division(Hatton,Cotto,Baldomir,Gatti),it's just that they know they will get the KTFO too which is why they are reluctant to fight him.And people say he should fight someone else in a weak attempt to justify why Floyd would turn down $8mill TWICE!!! So it's ok for Floyd to fight guys coming off losses..Zab,Mitchell etc......

I said it in another thread this fight makes the most sense for PBF. Spinks is his best bet for his 5th belt in 5 different weight classes. That would then set up a HUGE fight with ODLH in May of '07. I will be shocked if he announces somebody else for his fight in Nov. this year. You have to start wondering why he hasnt signed to fight Margarito. If a fight with Spinks takes place then I can understand, he will be trying to get that 5th weight class belt before he really challenges himself (I hope). If it goes another way I will lose all respect for Floyd.
