do you mean panic? well liek adam said just relex ( even tho it's hard :P ) if you panic you sometimes forget what you've learned in boxing. and about watching his moves liek shinlee said just observe. you're likely to find some sort of pattern and when you do find it you should be able to make a decision for yourself

This is just me and was my style at your stage: Use your feet to move out on a angle away from that rear arm of his, give yourself the time to think by using your footwork, but only in that correct direction.
Make him turn into you and you control that front arm of his as he trys to follow you around and its there that you regain control and set up your own distance as he moves to you.

    I can explain it.
But I cant understand it for you.
