alright my fellow METROSEXUAL studs out there. I am long over due for a massage. Work/Business/Weekly Drama is getting to me so I'm going into the Spa for a massage tonight. Yes a SPA! Us Metrosexuals be loving the massages at the Spa.

So whats some of your favorite massages and why? If my body's hella tight and soar and hurting and I'm stresssed as a mother I'll cop the DEEP TISSUE or the Sports Massage.

If I'm just chillin and feelin pretty decent already I'll go with the HOT STONE MASSAGE!

hahaha so i assume if she even did properly know how to give a massage she was attempting a DEEP TISSUE or a Sports massage on you. you got to be careful man its always better to get one from a trained certified professional verses someone who can ruin your back, neck or muscles. if deep work aint ya style id reccommend a SWEEDISH or a Hot Stone massage then those are more soothing and relaxing verses working the kinks and knots etc.
