POB you have to go into your profile and then go to Modify Profile (seen on left hand)
Then Forum Profile Information and then scroll down to
Custom Title:
Signature:
Signatures are displayed at the bottom of each post or personal message. BBC code and smileys may be used in your signature.

I forgot I knew how to make these too
Not that it is the best or nothing, but I like the animation embeded into the pic.
