    Default margarito vs joe.C

ofcourse if they where same weight...joe.c is bigger but I just wonder it`ll be a good match if they where similar size...don't know who to take though what about you guys who would win this match...but for now I`d say tony takes it...

    based on what?
he lost to daniel santos at 154, and now santos is fighting at supermiddle weight

joe c would box circles around margarito and pick margarito apart with 40 punches a round.

margarito is way too slow to be dominant in any division

...what? If Margarito was bigger then he wouldn't have the size advantage he so much relies on. Joe C, as much as I hate him, is one of the P4P fastest fighters in the world and that alone would be Margarito's undoing.

I agree, except for one thing which is that Calzaghe would never only throw 40 punches in a around unless he lost an arm.

Fair play, he is slow compared to PBF and Joe C. but at least he has the balls to call out the so called 'champ' out walk up to him with camera on hand and say lets boogie..... Which is more then what PBF and Joe put together can say.....

Also don't forget Margarito would never dominate a Div. cause the so called champs won't give him a shot at the titles....

joe.c is sloppy his overrated in the u.s he really has prove crap here...as for tony he too really has proven crap here...but just thought it`ll be a good match...lean towards tony still just because joe.c is so blown up since he beat young lacy who really is just a up and new comer here.

Agreed. Appropriate answer...to a pretty odd question...but I guess they all have to be asked.

I'm no authority on Margarito...but your answers on Joe Calzaghe pretty much proves to a tee that you know about as much about him as the number of times you posted the word "crap" above.

Opinions what they be...you need to see more than two or three of Joe's fights to say that he's sloppy & overrated...but again...everyone's entitled to an opinion.

You guys in the states are blowing him up. Every boxing fan over here knows how good Joe is. Lacy wasn't just a 'new comer' he was supposed to be next best thing. Not Joe's fault he didn't turn out to be all that. Kudos to Joe for batterin him. I don't agree with him fightin Manfredo bcos Joe could seriously hurt him.....but hey money talks !!!

    you misunderstood my post..............

joe c. would pick margarito apart by LANDING 40 punches a round. calzaghe would achieve this by throwing 80-90 punches a round and landing about half of them

he doesnt get a shot at a title because he just lost to a club fighter named daniel santos, and lets not forget that baldomir was the champ when mayweather went to fight him.

so i guess that mayweather is taking the easy road by fighting oscar at 154, instead of fighting margarito

hahahah. hahahaah. Margarito would get completely embaressed by anyone in the top 20 p4p, in a respective p4p matchup. I don't even care what anyone thinks, I can say that with almost 100% certainty.. He doesn't even have the one punch KO power to make it possible.

Your right he did loose it was a close fight, and it was at 154.

Baldomir was the champ, and when offered to fight Margarito he replied: 'Hes a good fighter, hes a good friend of my mine but NO I don't plan on fightinh him I'm here to make the best of it and (wonder what he means by that $ ) PBF is where the money is at and thats where I'm going.'

SSM when offered to fight Margarito: "I'm not ready for Tony yet! I need a couple of warm up fights before I can fight him, but whats PBF excuse for not fighting him?"

And Zab well we know what happend there he took a warm up fight and well......... thats how we wound up with PBF as the champ...

Really Mayweather called Castillo who was champ of the lightweight division when he moved up, and then he challenged one of the champions at 140 in Gatti, and then he challenged the unified Welterweight champion Baldomir... Calzaghe callenged Eubank, and has kept the title eve since.
