    ok, now the season has started, i want to fight.

    I go to school, and i need some tips on what would be a good thing to eat at school and when in the day to cut fat and get to a lean fighting weight. Im boxing about 3 times a week and doing sprints 2 times.

    Tell us what you usually get in your cafeteria?
    I remember in my school days, there used to be pretty much the same thing everyday.

    Its all good us telling you to eat lots of protein, lots of carbs and a teeny weeny bit of fat, but you may not understand what this is.
    Not saying you dont know, you probably do, but some of the things i thought was good for me out of my cafeteria i now think to myself "what was i thinking!"
    For example those little pasta bowls bit of pasta, some tomatoey type stuff and a HEAP of cheese. NOT GOOD.
