Thats friggin Sweet Duke!!! Hey how long did it take Ike to return your mail?? I'll try that out myself

I know many arent high on Ike but I feel he was the heir apparent to the crown and his workrate, speed, power and defense was awsome not to mention he was smart in the ring amazing for such an inexperienced fighter.. To bad we never got to see him flourish

Unfortunately this thread will be littered with rape and kidnap jokes followed by how out of it he is on sedatives and how fat he is now....

all the other commentators could see that Byrd was knocked silly and didnt know where he was or what had happened! Often a guy gets knocked down or out and a few seconds after the fight is stopped doesnt even realize that he was eveer knocked down or that the fight is over. Its common. Lovely how Ibeubuchi steps on Byrds foot right before the second knockdown where Byrd slips and falls Anyway this kind of thing they were trying to make Ike the next Tyson and he wasn't. Sure nobody looks good against Byrd but still, I don't like when announcers bias sound like a domination when it isn't. Beautiful hookercut(as Larry called Oscar's left hook once) But really Lampley comparing every great left hook(even Roys to Montell Griffin) an Oscar Delahoya shot. I think we know who HBO favored most at that time and who could blame them. But I didn't like Oscar for that. I loved Oscar after the Vargas fight on the other hand
