It was smart of him to make the move with Valero as it seems they help eachtoher a lot......
Linares is gaining a lot of experience and his quality of opposition IMO is really good. Beating the long time vet's... Soto & Condo and also taking on some yougn contenders like him....

Really well written article too.. I was thinking whilst i read the point about i really follow no one but jmm at featherweight and even jmm has stepped up now.. So there is a void.. And its good stuff he's ranked so high..I gota go find some footage of this guy see if he's as bad a fighter as this sugests...

Gonna' keep an eye on this Linares guy... looks good. Hate to cripple him with the weight of expectation, but his style kind of reminds me of Ricardo Lopez...

Definitely, I'd be very interested to see him in against an upper echelon guy, maybe not an elite guy yet but I think he's got a good future.
