Default Gammer looking for a rematch - Williams might still retire

Will try get down there and get an interview with scott sometime soon, gunna let him get through this loss with some peace first tho, but he has said today he wants a rematch with williams. Williams however is uncertain about his future and might consider retiring now.

If he doesn't he will be looking for a new trainer.

I doubt Williams will want to fight Gammer again until after he's lost the rubber match with Skelton.

Can anyone say Gammer vs Harrison in June?

i acctually think it will happen being honest it just looks like a cycle of british heavyweight fights were nobody can see who the best is, its kinda strange but what is A-Fraud said anything about world domination again? hes screwed now there is nothing for him.

To be honest i really wanted Gammer to win against Williams and after the first 2 or so rounds i thought he was going to... than Williams woke up.

but the only reason for me wanting that is Gammer would have been the future for the UK scene but its back to square one again really with no real force for us.

If Gammer would have been the future I think we'd all prefer to live in the past.

We DO have one consistent, unbeaten heavy who is always in shape and gives 100% every fight......

Mat Skelton, he was robbed against Williams first time around, did a number on him the second time around and has bulldozed everybody else.

He should already be set as Britain's number 1, making him fight Sprott again is a farce, the guy deserves his title shot now imo.

He'd knock Gammer out for sure if they fought, will finish Sprott and would break Harrison's heart. IMO he's also 2-0 with Williams.

I watched the match last night, and thought it was a good effort from both fighters, they both did the HW division proud at least in my opinion. Danny looked very good physically, might have lost the weight too fast, as a result had some flat moments , overall Williams did a bang up job, I'm glad he came through ! Grammer reminds me a of Vinny Madalone , He does not get the full leverage going and thus his power is a bit short. , nice match though !

but he's 40, hes got 2 years tops in him, then who we got

i actually thing haye could KO sprot, harrison etc but only if he gains the weight properly, not pie munching as williams will tell ya how effective that can be

its dissapointing to see any boxing 'fan' call another boxer 'shit' Gammer i highly doubt will ever make an impact on the world scene. if he turned Pro in his early 20s and had a good amature back round and wasn't trained by his dad he may of had a chane.

Scott is a good boxer, i just don't think his dad has what it takes to train him to compete with the top british heavys. He does lack power - and the game plan they used back fired on them; they gambbled on williams's body being weak and vunrable but it wasn't. IF you had any clue about boxing you wouldn't come out and say he was shit - he kept that fight very close. it was lack of experience and maybe the williams fight came to soon for scott, there were little things fighters pick up to that he lacked, he alowed danny to walk him down and tire him out, watch the knock out scott had given 3 very hard minutes in the 8th and a hard min in the begining of the ninth he had little left as he ws out of shape. There is no doubt in my mind williams could feel gammers blow weakening and thats why he went in for the kill when he did.

Its realy said when shit posters like your self start throwing words around like 'shit' when they describe honest hard working fighters like gammer. To be honest its sad and dissapointing when any boxer is called 'shit' im not saying overrate them all, but mention they lack certain attributes that seperate them from their 'peers' - but you can't do that can you? 'coz frankly you seem to have ur few fav fighters sheffield way it seems and just claim they are so great. i don't think i have ever seen you make a post where you have said anyhting about a technice, or attribute, style foot work, anyhting that makes a boxer beat the other one - it seems you know fuck all in fact apart from some boxers name.

    just for being sad
