    Default Hyperextended elby bone

I was scrapping with my friends about a month ago. i threw my left arm over his shoulder and it kind of got caught and bent up while it was fully extended. it hurt like shit. Well now its better. But the thing is, if i throw my left arm out with a snap, my elbow will start hurting. kind of like a dull joint pain.

Has anyone experienced this before? And does anyone know what i should do in terms of treating it? Or should i still wait a while on it to fully heal.

It wants a rest, the elbows telling you, keep doing it , the elbow will get the hump then you will have problems down the line.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

you have to take it easy.....it is very likely that you strained tendons and possibly ligaments in your elbow, if not tore them.........it will take 2-4 months to heal if it's tendons...loonger if it's ligaments....
It feels good to be back home.

would push ups strengthen my arm faster? or should i stay off of it completely? It doesnt hurt when i do push ups, or throw a hook.
