Lebrons the best playoff perfprmance ever?

Lebrons game 5 heroics could be rated as one o the best performances ever 48 points including the final 25 in a double overtime victory, i for for 1 have only seen 1 that rivals it and thats magics performance against the sixers in the 80s, personally i think Lebron could go on to be the G.O.AT, even MJ couldnt carry his team to the brink of the finals at just 22 yrs old>.

Michael Jordan has had a few. Against the Celtics, against the Jazz( where a title was won)
Magic vs. the Celtics, against the sixers, Wilt against the Knicks.....
I seen too much basketball.

One things for sure he has now made it more clear whos a better player he or Melo.
No offesense to Melo but I don't know how people felt Melo was better then James.

I haven't been around long, and I'm far from well schooled on NBA history, but damn, that was AMAZING. Lebron is my favorite player in the league, I won't miss an opportunity to watch him play and when I saw him play the Warriors, I was halfway rooting for Lebron.

That was one of the greatest sporting performances I've seen live on TV. Really it was. I don't know how it ranks to the others, but I think he proved himself as a great player. He needed that performance really especially because of the unfounded ridicule he got for the first two games.

The best moment of that game was when Chauncey hit that 3 in what I think was the first overtime. It put Detroit up 3, and you pretty much figured that since Lebron was going exclusively to the rim, that it was a 2 possession game unless a foul was called. Then Lebron gets to the perimeter, gets doubled and pulls back to take a 3 from the point. As soon as he did that I figured, OK, he's carried his team like no other but he's biting off a bit more then he can chew here. I was really thinking that the game was probably over. Then the shot sank.

It was really just unbelievable.
