He's a beast. He just goes right into the wild for 4-5 days at a time with a knife and canteen and while hes working towards his own survival hes also give hinits and advice for people who watch the show. Aside from being in the british special forces he also climbed everest if im not mistaken.

How did he break his neck ? Serving in the SAS , it was a parachute jump that went wrong !
