Sports Illustrated in the US recently did an article in their NBA preview issue where they listed the best basketball players of all-time by height.
So for example, Michael Jordan was the best 6'6" player ever, Bill Russell the best 6'10" player, Allen Iverson the best 6'0" player ever.

Let's come up with a list for fighters (we'll use the heights listed on Boxrec for the sake of continuity):

Some of the ones at the top and the bottom could be pretty funny.

For example, is Michael Grant the best 6'7" fighter of all-time?
I can't think of anyone else who is that height...

I also fully expect at least one of the Pac fans to come in and say something like, "If you put Manny on stilts, he'd be the best 6'10" fighter ever!!!!"

Two end of the extreme.There was a Heavy in the 90's and 80's named Mike white who was like 7'0 or so.Fought Michael Moorer and Lost dy Dec.From What I have down He KO'D Buster Douglas In 83' Not the best by any means ,just sprung to mind.
On the shorter side does anyone Remember Baby Jake Matlala?He was A hell of a fighter at Flyweight and I believe 4'8 or 4'9.TKO'd Michael Carbajal when He was The down side of career.Was a Tuff pressure fighter and was In with some quality guys.
