    Lightbulb Psoas

    Hi

    You know I'm always constantly whinging about my body hating me and trying to get a better understand of why. This article explained it pretty well though and even explains how the same muscle group might be responsible for different symptoms in other people I know.

    So anyway just in case it helps clarify reasons for anyone elses niggling pain or tightness (seems to effect most body parts) - here's the link:

    Funny that Sharla just finnished a machine that stretches it .
    Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

    So Scrap when are you going to sell me one of your Psoas stretching thingys?

    A friend of mine now also blames her Psoas for some chronic hip pain, sciatica and long term plantar fascia issues she has.

    We're on a Psoas stretching mission now! (I know that sounded geeky)

    Im putting a stretch up for you. Dont laugth at the dust were doubling the size of our House the biulders are in and very good to I might add. The kitchen is that big were thinking of putting Dinner shows on in it The kid demonstrating is a footballer Irish under 19 captain fucking useless only kidding. He wanted to do it just for you Sharla.

    Just for the info, that I learnt while being a Fitness Instructor, is that you can strengthen the Psoas muscle significantly by doing straight-leg raises.
