Here's your answer....people are babied, there is no accountability anymore, and people don't know how to deal with rejection because we have the "ALL the kids deserve trophies" crowd.

Do the world a favor and teach kids that doing your best sometimes doesn't get you a trophy but at least you can say you did your best...and you can't appreciate victory when you don't understand defeat
