Cunningham lost to Diablo and then beat him the 2nd time around to take the title.
Maidana has done this twice now... After losing to Kotelnik & Khan.
Salido loses to "The Wife Beater" Gamboa, goes on to spark out JuanMa to capture a title.
"Green Machine" loses to Beyer, moves on to beat Lucas in the next bout for a title.
Tiger loses to Emile, moves on to beat Torres to capture the LHW crown.

But I don't really think that's what you meant.
Dick Tiger won the 175 crown from Jose Torres in the fight after losing the 160 crown to Griffith.
Toiny Canzoneri won the 135 crown from Al Singer after losing to Billy Petrolle.
Emile Griffith won the 147 crown for the third time from Jose Stable after losing to Manuel Gonzales.
Jack Britton won the 147 crown from Johnny Griffiths after losing to Mike O'Dowd
I think Ike Williams did it at 135 too IIRC.
