He mighn't be perfect, some of his marketing ploys outside of the ring are on the border between questionable and despicable, but as a boxer, he is a man that demands respect.

He keeps himself in tremendous condition, even at this advanced age.
He has developed one of the most calculating boxing brains ever.
He was always a student of the sport, but has now become a professer!
He has a record that really speaks for itself.

Hopkins is not overrated, more likely over the hill. I will be very surprised, though very happy, if Calzaghe stops Hopkins in 4. I wouldnt count out Hopkins being stopped down the stretch though.
