Question about a STAR WARS actor?

Remember Darth Sidius from Star Wars? (The sith with the black robe and the hood over his head)

Was he the exact same actor who played him in the 70's Star Wars films (episodes 4 through 6)? Because it sure does look a hell of a lot like him, and they sound the same too.

One more question: The person who did the voice for C-3PO (the gold droid that Anni Skywalker built), was he also the exact same voice in the 70's films as well?

What I do not understand about that film was they built him up as really the best fighter in the universe but when he had the fight at the end ( yes he did fight two Jedi at the same time) he gets sliced so easily.
