I recon this will be a close one, should be one of the fights of the year imo, I got a feeling though Margarito might pull this one off...

Not a chance, cotto has just too much for me even to contemplate margarito nicking a decision.
As mentioned on a previous thread i see this going the whole 12rounds and being one of the fights of the year, antonio doesnt know when to quit and can also pack a punch, as long as he is prepared to walk through cottos punches i give him every chance of running it close.
still just cant see past a unanimous decision for miguel!!
one dangerous horrible bloke

I hope that after this fight, Mayweather recognizes the fact that he will be seen as a total coward if he won't fight Cotto next.

Yeah. I see it a being a tough fight for both, but I think Cotto will get the decision by a 3 or 4 rounds.

Is Probably that this fight could finish in 12 rounds , but it just if Margarito take use his reach and fight with some technicals skills of boxing and improve his defense , but contrary of this could happen to him the same as Cesar Bazan , Maussa , Sosa , Pinto , Abduleave and others that went with some skills as Margarito.............![]()

Let's go Cotto!

About a year ago I would have said Cotto with ease.Lately with Margarito's last performance I would say Margarito has the upper hand.He hasn't been down that I could think of,He takes one helluva shot, and does usually throw alot of good hard punches.Cotto to me was hurt against Mosley and down against lesser oppenents.Granted it was because he struggled to make weight, but Corley. In theory Cotto, but a a big welterweight and decent puncher in Margarito who throws a shitload something Cotto has never seen or been up against.Hard to say
