erm... Samuel.............Peter![]()
What have they done to get a shot?
Is this a joke ?? i actually don't even bother watching Heavyweights anymore the ranking system is a joke how the hell is either guy even in line or even being considered as opponents for world titles ?? what happened to the days when you actually earnt your shot at the world title ??
Audley could be very dangerous for Peter at 6ft 5 or 6 he could cause him trouble like Jameel did im going to go for definate if its Audley he is fighting.C'mon Audley im behind you to the end
I think Peter beats both on the same night.
The problem with Audley is he was given a great talent and great height and physic but they missed the gap between his ears and the one between his ribs. If you watch him (The occasional few seconds of a fight) when he comes forward and is confident he puts his combinations together well and he hits hard, the left uppercut especially is a deadly shot. When facing a puncher like Peter (Who although is very limited) he will be so scared to get hit he will run for the whole fight and never show any of that ability. If he uses that height and keeps his work rate up there is a tiny chance of a big shock but if Peter connects it will be goodbye Audley. I agree with the statement he will be the worst World Champion of all time if he wins.
In regard to Skelton he took to boxing very late after a career in MMA, and his boxing ability is very limited, he tries to make up for this through sheer toughness, and using his size and strength to the max. He is awful to watch it is similar to watching a big bear fight. He will do his all to maul Peter and it will be a terrible fight to watch, it will probably go the distance but I think Skelton has very little chance of winning the fight, once again if he did win he would be in line to also be one of the worst champions.
More evidence of this is the man Frank Warren carries all of his decent fighters Hatton, Calzaghe etc, to throw Audley and Skelton into a fight they don't really have a chance in just shows his lack of confidence in his own fighters and he is just looking to make a few $ off them.
Audley beat peter in the amateurs so he's capable of doing it again1 does not mean he will though.
I know what you mean but it wasnt that long ago for Audley and peter!
Harrison has that star quality about him.
His size alone makes him a threat, he`ll sell way more tickets than skelton or any other brit heavyweight could do.
To win the fight he`d have to train like hell and believe he has that "special" punch to take out peter. Skeltons chances would be much more slim pickings.
Style, speed, accuracy - he would be outnumbered on all fronts and but for a resiliant chin and the fact its the heavyweights i would of given him slim to no chance.
