that sucks! i never been to CT but i hear it has the most wealthiest tax bracket or something like that. so many the people there really are stuck up and wouldnt even care to do anything if one of their neighbors got hit and runned like this.

Nah, although CT is a rich state with fantastic suburbs... Hartford is actually a very poor city... Kind of a shithole really. Drive through it sometime and witness the shitshow that is Hartford... Yeah, there are a few decent parts but nothing like Boston or Providence...
What you just read about happens in every city in the world every day... This just happened to get caught on camera... This is just desensitized America.
If this had not been caught on tape it would be a non issue as apauling as it is to see...
