I agree but the IBO are the only official body that have Ricky Hatton as champion at Jr Welterweight which is a disgrace! I could never understand why the IBF stripped him. I know he moved up to Welter and won the IBF there but he always intended to go back down so why not have both? Now I see that they have made Mallignaggi vacate the same title before he fights Hatton so now Ricky still won't have a major belt. DISGRACE.
