ICB, you know what I think is funny... how they're saying that the speedbag will add... speed. It really doesn't... it was a shoulder workout for me and stamina but speed?... Nah.

I find it helps hand/eye coordination and little bit of stamina, but not much else really. Its more of a show off thing than a real serious training tool IMO.
