Last week I reported how I got a £100 fine for the privelage of parking in an empty carpark up the road from the chess club I joined.

Well today I parked in the library carpark, down the road from the chess club and I got another £100 fine

What's funny is that it was exact same guy as before, (same badge number) and despite there being about 7 cars in the carpack, he only ticketed mine

He obviously remembered my car from last week and is looking to get me every week now.

What a fucking kunt, £200 in fines for parking two near empty carparks.

He's starting to piss me off now. I've got a badge number and will now attempt to track him down.

If I get any more he may be start wishing he'd never started this with me as although physically weak and decrepid I am as vindictive and sadistic as they come when pushed.

I will get this dude and get him bad.

OK this whole thing is funny, this is hilarious Bilbo has a real life war going against the parking attendents. So he's waging war, blah blah blah, now he actually has an enemy footsoldier parking attendent. And because of previous encounters, which include driving away from an attendent as they were issuing a ticket, his name and numbers could be sollied among parking attendents everywhere. So we have retaliation, which starts with the second ticket. If this continues to escalate, Bilbo could expect to find a rear view mirror being placed in your bed. It's real life too, amazing. Like a Seinfeld episode. Bilbo is Newman who I presume was gay.

Speaking of parking. I went out for dinner last night and was waiting at the lights to cross the road. It was rush hour and of course when my little green man came flashing up half the cars had decided to block the crossing. The have no reason to be so careless, they arent going anywhere quicker by doing that. I decided to slap the side of one of the cars multiple times when I got to it and then pointed my finger angrily at the driver as I walked across. As I passed in front of the car I did my pissed off face, and a gave a dismissive wave of my hand. She looked terrified. Hopefully she wont park on a crossing when people are wanting to cross again.

I mentioned on another thread that I actually walked over a car bonnet one time when a driver did the same thing before. Bilbo has a point that a half empty car park is not an unreasonable place to put a car, but the bloody crossing is just innapropriate. God help these drivers when I get my hands on them all. I would be a great parking attendant.

How could you root against one of your Saddo brothers in a war with a private parking company?

These arn't legal traffic wardens employed by the police and councils, but rather rouge scam companies who operate outside the law and threaten and intimidate drivers into paying them huge amounts of money. They basically approach small companies who have disused pieces of land and rent the land off the companies, turning them into car parks purely for the intention of ensnaring unknowing drivers.

I've been doing some research on the company that has ticketed me twice, a WJ Parking. They are a notorious corrupt company. They actually went into administration two months ago too wipe their debts, and have started a new company with exactly the same name, changing only the phone number.

It has a sole director who has been charged in the past for threatening and intimidating memebers of the public into handing over money, using menaces (which I presume means heavies), fraud and overcharging.

Their tickets have no basis in law. Where I've been parking, (empty business carparks at night) it is not illegal to park in either. This rogue company has merely set up signs in the corner of the carparks, (which you cant see at night) and then they use these signs to claim you entered into a contract with them. It's a complete scam and they make thousands of pounds a week through this deception. The point is the tickets they issue are not enforceble, they have no legal basis, but they disguise them to look like Fixed Penalty Notices, which are legititimate tickets handed out by the police for real road traffic offences.

It's no different to a man coming to your house dressed as a police officer and asking you personal questions. Because he looks like a police officer you assume he is and so think you're legally obligated to answer his questions and let him in. It's fraud and illegal, and the same with this parking company.

There tickets are not tickets, they can't legally make tickets, they are not the law. But they disguise them, with the same wording and layout to look like official tickets and millions of unknowing people will pay them thinking they are genuine.

They should be shut down and sent to prison. They are very much like those awful phone text companies who send you a text message to your mobile which looks like it comes from your network provider. If you reply that counts as 'consent' for their £1 a time text message service where they will automatically send you football scores 3 times a week and chare you a £1 each time. They rake in millions with scams and the police should find their locations and burn them to the ground but instead they manage to operate in a legal grey area, exploiting loopholes in the law to not get prosecuted.

I hate these types of companies with a passion, their whole business is a prey on the vulnurable and an attempt to con people out of money.
