Yes it's apparently, and it's sad. Bowe should not be allowed to fight. All you have to do is listen to him speak to realize that he's in no condition to be in the ring.

Bowe, Evander and Lennox should have their own round-robin box-off. They'd fight for the title of the OGBA (Old Geezer Boxing Association). Instead of a belt, they'd be fighting for a bronzed Depends.
