Default Props and kudos to Brother Nazim Richardson

When Sugar Shane Mosley entered the ring against Margarito, it was with an unfamiliar face in his corner, new trainer Brother Nazim Richardson. But savvy boxing fans knew that this was the same trainer who devised the strategy that worked so well for 43-year old Bernard Hopkins when he upset Kelly Pavlik last year. Well, he did it again!

Brother Nazim is someone we will be hearing about in the future!!

Yeah credot goes to that guy Nasim cuz he made noticable changes in Shane. Had his father been in the corner isntead maybe Shane might have got frustrated again but eh was fighting with a new sense of authority . I noticed the smiles were gone too and I thought that was down to teh Divroce/steroids news etc.

That Nazim is good and working on techniques that other trainers find hard to implement in their fighters. Mosley has moved onto the next level . Cant belive his speed for a 37 year . Round 9 and he is still as quick as he was in the 1st . Amazing

Nazim is an unbelievable trainer. What a gameplan he puts together for his fighters. Four times I can recall where a Richardson fighter's opponent can just not get off at all (Pavlik v Hopkins, Margs v Mosely, Trinidad v Hopkins, Tarver v Hopkins) All four were decided underdogs.

Because he is known by that in Philadephia by other Muslims.

Yeah I have to say that I am gaining a lot of respect for this guy, I mean to turn Mosley round from how faded & slow he looked against Mayorga to last night's performance. I mean I know obviously Shane deserves a lot of the credit, but this he seems to really know what he's doing.

I remember Hopkins was on a boxing show we have every week over in the UK, & he was saying that Brother Nazim was a major factor in getting him sorted for the win because he's such a good tactical trainer. He was saying that if had of been in charge of his corner against Calzaghe (he was apparently seriously ill in the months before the fight) then he would have won convincingly because Roach isn't as good at changing tactics during the fight.

Brother Na simply understands what we call THE SWEET SCIENCE of the game. He didnt have to make a game plan to beat Margo, He only had to make up a plan to beat Margo's style. That what happens when u only have the ability to fight one way. Pavlik the same way. Gameplan their style and watch and see if they have a plan B. Most of the time they dont.

If you have a better jab, Shanes got a problem. His feet are a little bit wide.

I don't know what the hell this guy is telling these old men but damn if he could get someone 17-24 to listen he'd save them a lot a early ass whoopin's, either that or maybe he should only train guys once they hit 35 plus.
