Glad to see Peterson stepping it up. Cherry really will fight anyone won't he? A year ago I would have said Peterson by a mile, but after seeing the little success that Jauregui (sp.?) had against him, there are opportunities for Cherry to get in there and exploit it a bit.

I give Cherry a pretty good shot here.Don't see him outspeeding Bop-Bop Peterson,hes going to have to apply pressure and hurt Peterson.Find the pressure his trainer was urging like a cursing sailor through 12 rounds Vs.Timothy Bradley.Cherry has a huge experience factor...D.Alicea,Maliginaggi,Bradley,Santa-cruz and an absolutley BRUTAL KO win over a woefully & badly past it Stevie Johnston....that hurt just watching it.Good to see anthony finally step it up,Jauregui gave him looks and hes not exactly a young gun any longer.Should be interesting.Cherry has to recommit & assert himself and not become 'comfortable' in the also ran-almost won role,if not Peterson may just bop-bop him allll night through 12?

I think Peterson is going to shut Cherry down. Cherry kind of just cruises sometimes when he should be pressuring. He hasnt show a killer instinct that he needs to win fights.

This is an easy one (yea coming from the guy who hasnt picked ANY sporting even right in weeks) Anthony will win either way...but if edner comes out again without the red cherry bomb socks he gets his ass kicked but if he does wear the socks he'll only sorta get his ass kicked.

All they need to do is give the Petersons opponents who people really know and guaranteed they are going to do just fine. I think Anthony Peterson is going to walk over Cherry, possibly KO him imo. Peterson is just relentless and Cherry likes to be the faster guy in the ring and struggles when he's not. Peterson is just relentless from all distances, really puts an emphasis on the body, everything goes in combination where I think Cherry is a bit of a spot fighter. Think Peterson grinds him down and gets people buzzing about him again.

Now they just need to get Lamont in there with someone, Lamont has a better shot at a title right now imo.
