Default No more button mashing option!

I love playing online on fn3 but the problem is I also love playing using the total punch control of the analog sticks, and when I come up against someone who doesn't use the sticks and has it switched to another config I basically have no chance because it allows them to throw hard fast punches that are real hard to block and counter. So I would love to see the next game have that option taken away so it remains more realistic and fair when you have an online game!

am looking forward to this one myself - just for the online mode. Hope they get it right. This game was never as much fun playing against the cpu in career mode.

And I hope they bring back the one punch knockout ! Not seen since Knockout Kings 2001.

Not got FN3 but do you not have the options of only playing against someone using analogue rather than buttons ??

I'm on PS3 and online there is a room called analog only but there is never anyone in it.

There is the odd one punch KO in fn3 but they are so few and far between that I'd dare say a lot of people haven't even see them.

Yeah it's rare, it's happened at my house against friends, you have to land a haymaker with perfect timing, when an opponent has a certain amount of health and moves a certain way. It's about the same odds as getting a royal flush.

thats just it though - it shouldnt be that rare if realistic, it happens quite often.

I once won against my brother on KK2001 with Ray Leonard with my first punch of the fight just 8 seconds in. Class !

And I once got kayoed in finak round with a full bar when my opponent had been down about 3 times and I thought I was on verge of a stoppage - that's realism
