marrquerz camne in p4p 1. he sttaying thaat way no mattter whhay
JMM's the total package. Can't argue with that.
I cant argue that,Simply put he is a better fighter with better depth although Pacquiao has a win...oh... and a draw.I think Pac is duty bound to actually return to light as opposed to Marquez chasing him at 1400 but we know that wont happen.
Put simply, JMM is the best fighter on the planet right now.
Diaz came out with everything tonight, anf Marquez withstood and then knocked him out brutally. In his last two fights, he has stopped two guys who had never been KO'd before, he didn't fight the 'patsy' of the beltholders David Diaz like Pacman did.
Don't read too much into the DLH fight, Pac fought a shell that night.
Plus IMO, and the opinion of many others, he holds two wins over the supposes P4P king.
At the very least he is the equal of Pac in the p4p stakes.
"I take good care of my people. I like to inflict permanent psychological damage."
We desperately need a third fight to settle this debate!
JMM is pound for pound number 1 for people who HATES Pacquiao!
Why? It is so because these are the same bunch of people who will not recognize whichever, and whatever Pacquiao's accomplishments are, regardless. They will stroke whichever it is that undermines what is Pacquiao, what relevance is he to boxing.
Fortunately it is a small minority, and Pacquiao still get his due recognition. Logic as we all know it, is still intact, and in place in the world of boxing!
Somebody has to do it! Someone needs to give a bit of a perspective in case short term memory gets an alarming foothold of a dominant topic. Unfortunately, and with resignation, I deem it my place. So it goes.
Peace to you all!

Dellusional thread.
It's a real world out there folks. Ring Mag, ESPN, HBO or any credible source still picked Pac as #1 P4P.
