Always had a knack for predicting things before they happened and putting Larry in their place Didn't seem to suffer from nuthuggeritis like the rest of them do

Manny Stewart sometimes but he annoys me how in one round when a guy is winning he'll say "And this other guy is probably gonna get stopped tonight"

And then when the other guy wins he says "This happened exactly the way i thought it would"

That just for men hair gel keeping his hair black must be eating away at his brain

I chose Al Berstein #1 because he knows his stuff and doesn't try to steal the show like Atlas or Merchant #2 I don't have Showtime and therefore I don't get to watch it enough to be annoyed by him.

I like Joe Tessitore and Bob Papa as the lead announcers....Lampley is a stooge. But as far as color/blow by blow Al Berstein is a good dude to have. He knows the sport his opinions aren't outrageous and he knows what he's talking about

Al Bernstein is my favorite commentator in sports period.

He knows boxing very well, and is a real fan and nice guy.

Plus he's not afraid to rock those yellow teeth!

Your lucky Lyle. You don't have to listen to Jim Watt and Richie Woodhall. The best for me though is Larry Merchant. I get shocked when you americans call him!
