    Default Darchinyan-Joseph "King Kong" Agbeko

No matter what you think of Vic's personality you have to respect where he's went in his career since losing to Nonito Who?

Now he's moving up to 118 to face fellow power-puncher Joesph Agbeko.

Should be a classic chess match

Brilliant move by Vic, the fight is very winable for him.

Agbekos a good fighter but Vic will win this one that will make him a 3 division champ.
Don't like the guy much but Shaws def. handling this right...

I'm hopin Agbeko batters him, although in all honesty I can't see it, Vic can be just too difficult inside the ring and I reckon he catches Joseph eventually.

Vic is the man if he wins this fight. Who won't Vic fight? He has challenged every major player at around his weight. And rumor has it he wants Vasquez? Geez...

I have not seen Agbeko but he is ranked #5 at bantam by ring.

I like Vic, he is going on search and destroy missions lately. Moving up in weight and not backing down from good opp..

If he gets past Agbeko and can get a fight with a war-torn Vasquez at 122 he has a possibility of making himself a 4 division champ.

    Timing is everything..

Looking forward to see what the future holds for him.

Well to be fair both Izzy & Rafa have take out a lot of eachother I sadly say that just about anyone will beat them as I feel neither fighter will be the same...

Now Vic takes on Hozumi or Celestino then that's saying something.

    Default Agbeko Vs Darchinyan

I saw this listed under upcoming fights, later in the year. I am going to go ahead now and pick Agbeko before everyone else. Agbeko will bring it to Darchinyan, King Kong will squash the Raging Bull. You heard it here first.

I hope you're right. 'Never seen Agbeko fight, but King Kong is pretty intimidating nickname. We'll see.

I'm going with Agbeko as well. I think it'll come down to the chins. Agbeko took flush shots from a very good puncher in Luis Perez without much trouble. I think he'll take Darchinyan best punches as well. I don't see Darchinyan's taking his

Agbeko will struggle with Darchinyans counters, plus his defense is not the greatest. You can't take the sort of shots Gonzalez landed from Darchinyan! This is going to be a great fight!!!

That makes no sense. He took Gonzalez's punches. Why won't he be able to take Darchinyan's? Gonzalez is the bigger puncher.

You think William Gonzalez is a bigger puncher than Darchinyan? I know his record looks good but he's only knocked out nobodies! I not sold on Agbekos power either, sure he got some pop but Perez had been extremely inactive & Gonzalez had already been stopped by Jhonny Gonzalez & Cordoba! I have to disagree with you as I feel Vic is the better puncher (than Gonzalez) & has proved it against a higher level of opposition.
