    Default No more PPV boxing

As long as I can help it I will never buy another Pay per View event. Especially one headlined by bums who dont come to fight but rather just to go the distance. Even though I am embarrassed to say it I watched the T.J. thunder event but not on PPV . I watched it for free on justtintv.com. Sacrificed a lil bit of picture quality but it was still watchable non the less. So remember justintv.com ( free )

    Ouch.
Whatever ya think of Chavez jr and his limitations and or future that was a pretty solid fight waged.Cuello came in fresh off the milk carton as far as being known and I think proved himself a stern acid test and capable fiighter to watch progress down the road.Far from 'bums' by any standared.Aside from Silva being totally out classed,I think each guy
fought pretty gritty.Montiel is one of the better fighters around and both he and Soto are major players.

Agreed though about the sham of PPV and where it stands, shelling out dollars to watch the sport we are so fond of but those links can be spotty. No doubt about that.

Yep that's the site I have gone to for all PPV action since that Cotto-Margarito fight.

Two fights I haven't been able to see was Calzaghe-Jones and De La Hoya-Pacquiao. HBO pulled the plug on those fights.

Cotto-Margarito was an awesome fight, so how that would make you not wanna watch boxing on PPV just kinda blows my mind....

Margarito was o.k. but it was far from great. Margarito just has a very difficult style which makes most of his fights kinda boring to watch. Cotto is a different story. Although not a class a fighter he brings more skill, speed, and excitement.

What would you define as a great fight then? It must be one exclusive club in your eyes.

get yourself over to britain boys

Then pretty much all the big fights other than the british lads are free to air on digital tv.

Will be watching froch-taylor, bradley-holt etc in the next few weeks and wont pay a penny for the pleasure

need to get off the hash pipe, never really seen Margarito in a boring fight, shit even Margarito/Clottey which was a slow paced fight wasn't even really boring, i mean if you can't appreciate actual skill and technique and expect every fight to be Marquez/Vazquez I,II,III or Barrera/Morales I & III, Corrales/Castillo, etc. than what would make any of those fights special?
