i picked cotto vs clottey winner. but i wouldnt be mad if he rematched Collazo even though i think Berto will beat him again.
I don't see it happening but if Cintron could make 147 again I would love to see that fight.
Collazo deserves a rematch.
I've lost interest in Berto as I think he is bloody boring.
I know what you mean i don't understand why Andre Berto clinches so much, when he doesn't have to. He's fighting like a veteran fighter who has lost his reflexes and speed so he has too clinch, but the fact is he doesn't have to all he had to do was keep Juan Urango at range with the jab.
He's got a lot of nervous energy. Not sure he's the most self assured fighter either, especially considering the natural gifts he has.
Yep, really ugly fight. Berto seems like a low IQ boxer. Doesn't quite know what to do with himself. He has great handspeed when he actually throws a combo or two, but then retreats into that strange variation on the clinch or the hop, skip and circle.
I hope someone beats him!![]()
It depends on what happens with Pacquiao to be honest. See, if Cotto wins, I think Manny chooses between him and Shane Mosley, and I think it's more likely he fights Cotto. If Clottey wins, then maybe I could see Berto take that fight. If Shane doesn't get the Manny fight, then there is a possibility there.
I think it'll be Quintana, Collazo or even Zab Judah.
I'm going with Quintana.
It will not be Mosley or the Cotto/Clottey winner.
A Collazo rematch or a Quintana fight sounds realistic, It may be another no name though.
I would really like to see a Collazo rematch to see if he can fix the mistakes he made in the first fight. If he does fight Collazo and beats him soundly then I think he should step up to the top tier of the division.
