Default MGM to miss out on pacquiao-mayweather??

Apparently dallas spanking new cowboys stadium is in line to win the rights to the March 13 superfight.

Bout time vegas had some serious competition for megafights. The 2 occasions ive been to the US to see ricky its been in the same arena and i vowed years ago if the calzaghe-jones fight had of gone ahead in the yankees stadium i would of done my upmost to get there.

100,000 max capacity - does anyone know whether if succesful they`d actually offer that amount of seats. Can only imagine the fan demand to see this fight stateside alone!!

    December 13th?

WTF?! First it was March 13th. Then May 1st. Then Pacquiao wants September. Now December 13th?!

What's going on here? I really hope that's a typo.

It would be really neat if it could sell out the Cowboys stadium, I am definitely going to this one, I really wanted to see the stadium, and I obviously want to see my two favorite guys go at it. However I think Binoculars will be a must for this one.

I am hoping it is at the Cowboy stadium, definitely more likely of getting a ticket. They have that huge jumbo screen so it won't even really matter about the seat I guess. Just being in that atmosphere will be epic. Dallas isn't too bad of a city either to go out afterwards.

It's still going to be in Vegas. Arum is just trying to get a huge site fee out of them for the fight. If Vegas wants it, either the MGM or the Mandalay or a consortium of casinos building a temporary stadium, they'll get it, just right now Arum feels they aren't offering enough dough.

You don't really need binoculars there, just look up

I cant see it I mean how much money the Casinos gonna offer to stage this huge fight maybe 30-50 million??

You could sell the stadium out twice over and not make that sort of cash.
